At OBX Housing we have many ways of communicating with our Clients (Landlords and Tenants) as well as Vendors (service people) and we encourage conversation!
We want to hear from everyone we do business with regarding payments, maintenance and needed work orders as well as questions regarding your rental agreements such as leases, lease renewals, and property management agreements. Not only can we be reached by telephone, text, fax, and email but our Clients (both Landlords and Renters), as well as our Vendors, are immediately notified when a request or comment is made through the OBX Housing Portal. The OBX Housing Portal is private and can be viewed 24 hours a day, 7 days per week.
This is helpful for those who work different hours than our business hours and it’s really helpful when maintenance is reported so that photos can be attached. When you become a Customer or Client of OBX Housing you are sent a special invitation to sign up to access your OBX Housing Portal. If you have not done so, please contact our office so that you may access this valuable tool.
Because we can send work orders to our Vendors by email, the work orders contain all contact information for our Landlords and Residents as well as maintenance limits as set by our Landlords. Vendors can communicate directly with the Resident or Property Owner regarding entry, warranties, and other pertinent information. This is very helpful for everyone.
