When we offer your home for long term rental, the Tenant pays all of the utilities so all the Landlord/Owner is responsible for is keeping the home insured and taking care of routine maintenance. The Tenant pays the electric, cable, phone and water bills. All tenants of OBX Housing pay on the first day of the month and the rent is disbursed to the Landlord/Owner on the 10th day of the month less our commission and any expenses.

We pay our Landlord/Owners by electronic payment at no additional cost so you get your proceeds quickly. All of our clients have an online portal where they can see the cash flow for their property such as when tenant payments are made, what expenses are deducted and when payments are made to the Landlord/Owner. It is a very user-friendly tool and is available to your 24/7 and can even be viewed on your phone!
