OBX Housing Says Goodbye to an Old Friend
After 20 plus years in Property Management, Sonya Booher has decided to retire from OBX Housing. She is venturing down a new path as the full time Secretary for her church 
and working in an intricate role to build a new church for their congregation. We thank Sonya for the 9 and a half years she worked with us both at Wright Property Management and OBX Housing and wish her continued success on her new venture.
And we Welcome a new Friend…
As always, Tina Tice and Mona Tice (the owners of our firm) continue to work in your best interest with your tenants and your property. We also have a new addition to our staff, Megan Bottelli who will be our Administrative Assistant. She and her family have lived on the Outer Banks for the past 8 years both on the beach and in Point Harbor. Megan is a North Carolina licensed Insurance Agent and has previously worked for both Farm Bureau and State Farm so she brings this valuable knowledge to OBX Housing, our clients and customers. She is very smart and catching on quickly. She is eager to learn and is anxious and happy to help our clients and customers.

Maintenance emergencies and requests come in through the Tenant and Owner portals 7 days a week, 24 hours a day so that they can be addressed quickly and efficiently.
