At OBX Housing we have many ways of communicating with our Owners, Renters and Service people and encourage conversation! We want to hear from everyone we do business with regarding payments, work orders/maintenance needs and questions regarding your rental agreements.
Not only can we be reached by telephone, text, fax, and email but our Clients (both Owners and Tenants) and Vendors but our the employees of our firm are immediately notified when a request or comment is made through the Portal.
The Portal is private and can be viewed 24 hours a day, 7 days per week. This is helpful for those who work different hours than our business hours and it’s really helpful when maintenance is reported so that photos can be attached. When you become a customer or client of OBX Housing you are sent a special invitation to sign up for your Portal. If you have not done so, please contact our office so that you may access this valuable tool.
We are also able to send work orders to our Vendors by email which contain all contact information for our Residents as well as maintenance limits as set by our Landlords. Vendors are able to be paid by Direct Deposit and also communication is possible by text which is very helpful for everyone.
