Residents can also access their rental details from their cell phone to pay rent, report maintenance, view their Lease terms and other documents. Our Tenant Portal is accessible 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. When a Resident uses their Tenant Portal to pay their rent each month by the 6th day of when it is due they become eligible to win our monthly rental raffle. This raffle is drawn on the 7 the day of the month and can be for a prize such as $25 gift certificate to a local restaurant; $25 shell gas card; $25 gift card to Lowes, Amazon, Belk’s, CVS, Walmart or other stores. OBX Housing offers this free drawing each month as a “Thank you” to our Residents for paying online and on time.
Another benefit of using this service is that you don’t have to fight the OBX traffic to get to our office and make the rent payment each month. You also don’t have to worry about delays in the US Postal Service or from your Online banking system. Rent can also be set up to be a reoccurring payment that you can have automatically drafted each month on a specific day.
